Attenus keeps businesses connected — and that starts with being straightforward about the information you share with us. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect on our websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers attenus.com and our customer portal at crm.attenus.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote. Our quote form asks for your name, email, and what you’re looking for — the service you need, whether the project is commercial or residential, and your timeline. You can also choose to share your company name, phone number, city, and a short description of the project. We use exactly this information to respond to your request and prepare your quote.
How you found us. When you submit the quote form, it also notes the page you were on and, when available, the site or campaign that brought you to us (for example, a search engine or an ad link). This helps us understand which of our efforts reach the people we can help.
Keeping the form trustworthy. To keep automated spam out of our inbox and respond to real inquiries quickly, our quote form briefly records the internet address (IP address) a submission comes from. This record is short-lived, used only for spam protection, and isn’t part of your customer file.
Visiting our website. Like most websites, attenus.com uses a small number of standard cookies for things like page statistics — counts of visits that help us see which pages are useful. These statistics describe traffic in bulk, not you personally.
How we use your information

- To understand which pages and outreach bring in the customers we serve best
- To keep our forms and systems secure and spam-free
That’s the whole list. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who helps us handle it
Your information lives on the systems of a small set of trusted service providers that power our website and customer tools — companies that host our web pages, store our customer records, and deliver our email. Each one handles your data only to provide its service to us. Beyond that, we share information only when you ask us to or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we’re working together — and long enough afterward to answer questions, honor warranties, and meet business record requirements. The spam-protection log clears itself on a short cycle.
Your choices
Your information is yours. At any time, you can ask us to:
- Show you what we have about you
- Correct anything that’s out of date
- Delete your information, where the law allows

How we protect it
Our customer systems use encrypted connections, sign-ins protected by multi-factor authentication, and access limited to the Attenus team members who serve you.
A note about children
Our websites and services are built for businesses and homeowners, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted right here with a fresh effective date at the top.
